Hidden Camera, Microphone and GPS Detector
A versatile solution to help protect your privacy
This multifunction electronic detector combines several search technologies to help locate concealed cameras, wireless microphones, listening devices and GPS trackers. Its 50 MHz–8 GHz RF range, 2.4-inch colour touchscreen and rechargeable battery make it suitable for checks at home, in hotels, holiday rentals, offices and vehicles. Compact and portable, it accompanies both private and professional users on the move.
Optical detection of camera lenses
Optical scanning uses light reflected by lenses to help reveal miniature camera objectives. Inspect furniture, shelves, decorative objects and electronic equipment, preferably in a dimly lit room. This method may locate a camera even when it is not transmitting a radio signal, provided its lens is visible from the observation point.
Wireless microphone and radio signal detection up to 8 GHz
RF detection covers 50 MHz to 8 GHz. It helps search for emissions from compatible WiFi, Bluetooth, GSM and 4G LTE equipment, wireless audio transmitters and GPS trackers sending data over mobile networks. An alert indicates a radio emission; it does not automatically identify the device or its purpose. Gradually adjust sensitivity to narrow down the source.
Magnetic probe for magnetically attached GPS trackers
Some trackers use magnets to attach to metal surfaces. The integrated probe helps search for the corresponding magnetic fields in accessible vehicle areas such as the boot, under seats, compartments and chassis. It detects magnetic fields rather than GPS technology itself, so other magnetic objects can also trigger a response.
Intelligent mode for intermittent transmissions
Some devices transmit only periodically to conserve battery power. The intelligent analysis mode monitors intermittent radio emissions and helps spot short or periodic transmissions from certain battery-powered trackers. It complements conventional RF scanning, particularly during vehicle inspections.
Infrared detection for night-vision cameras
A dedicated function helps identify certain infrared sources used by night-vision cameras and guides inspection towards their origin. It complements optical and RF searches in dark rooms. Results depend on factors including whether the infrared illumination is active and the viewing conditions.
Colour touchscreen and adjustable sensitivity
The 2.4-inch colour OLED touchscreen lets you select modes, read indications and adjust settings. Screen brightness, alert volume and notification mode are customisable. Start with high sensitivity, then reduce it as you approach a potential source. Menus are available in English and Chinese; Chinese may be selected by default on first use.
Four alert modes and a movement alarm
Choose sound and vibration, sound only, vibration only or silent mode to suit the inspection environment. The integrated movement alarm arms approximately 10 seconds after activation and triggers an audible warning if movement is detected.
Rechargeable battery and up to 10 hours of operation
The built-in 1,000 mAh lithium battery offers a stated runtime of 8–10 hours depending on settings and functions used. Charging is via USB-C with a 5 V supply; the stated charging time is approximately one hour. Weighing around 130 g, the detector is easy to carry in its case.
Where can you use this multifunction detector?
At home, inspect objects and unusual radio sources. In hotels and holiday rentals, check rooms and private areas. In a business setting, inspect offices, meeting rooms and negotiation spaces. In vehicles, search for certain magnetic trackers or devices sending periodic radio signals. These occasional checks help strengthen privacy.
Tips for effective detection
Temporarily turn off known radio sources such as phones, WiFi routers, smartwatches and Bluetooth accessories to reduce interference. Scan systematically, adjust sensitivity and combine optical, infrared, RF and magnetic searches. Performance varies with signal strength, obstacles and interference. A switched-off device, a non-transmitting device or one using unsupported frequencies may escape RF detection. No detector guarantees identification of all surveillance equipment.
