GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Slkon, a limited liability company with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 878 978 352, whose registered office is located at 36 rue du Simplon, 75018 Paris – FRANCE, operates an e-commerce website offering high-tech products.
The customer undertakes to use the product in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly regarding privacy and image rights of individuals. Slkon cannot be held liable in this respect.
Placing an order implies the customer’s irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions, which the customer acknowledges having read prior to placing the order.
Slkon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
The applicable terms are those in effect on the website at the time the order is placed.
By accepting these terms, the customer confirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to place orders.
It is expressly agreed that the customer may not resell the products purchased on the site as part of a professional activity and may only use them for personal purposes.
SLKON provides a downloadable copy of this contract on a durable medium before the order is placed, which the customer accepts. The customer also agrees to receive all information regarding the order, invoice, and execution of these terms by email. Acceptance of these terms is done online and does not require a handwritten signature.
A. Purpose
These terms define the conditions and procedures for the sale of products to the customer.
B. Entry into Force / Duration
These terms take effect upon acceptance by the customer and remain valid until all obligations of both parties are fulfilled.
No order cancellation will be accepted for any reason except for exercising the right of withdrawal.
C. Purchase of Products
Ordering Process
To place an order, the customer must:
- Select products and add them to the cart.
- Review, modify, or remove items from the cart.
- Confirm the order on the summary page.
- Create an account or log in.
- Accept the terms by checking the required box.
- Access the payment module.
- Choose a payment method.
- Complete payment.
The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and must update it when necessary.
In case of prolonged inactivity, the cart may be reset.
The customer bears all internet access costs.
The customer may correct errors before final validation. Slkon is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information.
The customer receives login credentials and must keep them confidential. Any actions performed using these credentials are deemed to have been carried out by the customer.
Order Confirmation
The customer will receive an email confirming the order and summarizing its details.
No cancellation is accepted for convenience outside the right of withdrawal.
Processing Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In case of stock shortage, the customer will be informed and may cancel or exchange the order.
Refunds (including delivery costs) will be made within 8 days using the original payment method.
4. Delivery and Claims
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If the address is incorrect, the customer must notify SLKON immediately. Reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
Carrier documentation confirming delivery serves as proof of receipt.
The customer must check products upon delivery and report issues to: support@slkon.fr
In France, claims for damage or partial loss must be reported to the carrier within 3 days (or 10 days under certain conditions), in accordance with Article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code.
Claims not made within deadlines will not be accepted.
The customer must keep disputed products and return them in original packaging with all accessories.
SLKON is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
If the issue is attributable to SLKON, a refund, credit, or replacement will be provided.
Legal guarantees remain applicable.
5. Guarantees / After-Sales Service
SLKON is responsible for conformity defects and hidden defects under applicable laws.
SLKON is not the manufacturer and is not liable for product defects; only manufacturer warranties apply.
Warranty requires normal use and no unauthorized repair.
Exclusions include wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or incompatible accessories.
To request service, the customer must contact support@slkon.fr with order number and issue description.
Processing time: 24 hours to 15 working days.
If a product is returned without issue or proof, a €20 fee applies.
Out-of-warranty repairs require customer approval.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw.
Withdrawal may be exercised:
- via the withdrawal form
- or by email to support@slkon.fr
Products must be returned within 14 days at the customer’s expense, in original condition and packaging.
Damaged or incomplete returns will not be refunded.

Refunds:
- before shipment: full refund including shipping
- after shipment: refund upon receipt of resalable products
SLKON is not responsible for return shipping issues.
7. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
Risk transfers upon physical receipt by the customer.
Ownership transfers after full payment.
For returns, risk transfers back to SLKON upon receipt.
8. Prices and Payment
Prices are in euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Final price (including fees) is shown at checkout.
Payment is made via available methods.
For bank transfer or check, processing begins after payment is received.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content is the exclusive property of SLKON.
Any reproduction or use is prohibited.
Products and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Personal Data
Customer data is processed for administrative and commercial purposes.
The customer has rights of access, correction, and deletion.
Requests: support@slkon.fr or SLKON address.
Accurate data is required for order processing.
Phone numbers may be used; customers can opt out of marketing lists.
Cookies are required for cart functionality.
11. Hyperlinks
Any link to the website requires prior written authorization from SLKON.
12. Force Majeure

13. Internet Limitations

14. Proof Agreement

15. Severability

17. No Waiver

19. Applicable Law

1 - Dispute Resolution
The customer may use mediation or legal action.
Mediation is not possible if:
- no prior complaint was made
- the request is abusive
- the case is already under review
- more than one year has passed
- the dispute is outside jurisdiction

Article – Product Use, Safety and Liability
The products sold by SLKON are electronic devices intended for use in accordance with their purpose and the instructions provided.
1. Proper use
The customer agrees to use the products in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions provided.
Any improper, diverted or inappropriate use shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Compatibility and accessories
The customer is solely responsible for verifying the compatibility of accessories used (chargers, cables, memory cards, SIM cards).
The use of non-compliant or uncertified accessories may cause damage and releases SLKON from any liability.
3. Electrical safety and risks
The customer agrees to comply with basic electrical safety rules, including:
- Not using a damaged product
- Not exposing products to moisture, water or extreme temperatures
- Immediately disconnecting any device in case of overheating, unusual smell or malfunction
SLKON shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these instructions.
4. Batteries and power supply
Products containing lithium batteries must be used with care.
The customer agrees to:
- Use only suitable chargers
- Not use incompatible fast charging systems
- Not expose batteries to heat sources
Any damage resulting from improper battery use excludes SLKON’s liability.
5. Installation and environment
The customer is responsible for installing and using the product in a suitable environment.
SLKON shall not be held liable for damage caused by improper installation or unsuitable environment.
6. Surveillance products and legislation
Surveillance products (cameras, recorders, GPS trackers) must be used in strict compliance with applicable laws.
The customer is solely responsible for respecting privacy and local regulations.
SLKON disclaims all liability in case of illegal use.
7. Maintenance and modification
Any modification, dismantling or unauthorized repair results in loss of warranty and excludes any liability of SLKON.
8. Limitation of liability
SLKON shall not be held liable for:
- damage resulting from improper use
- use of incompatible accessories
- negligence or lack of maintenance
- failure to follow safety instructions
- non-compliance with applicable laws
